The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the delivery departments and their operations. In this high impact role, you will serve as a liaison between long term care facilities and delivery staff. You will train all transport personnel.

• Coordinate work schedules and delivery routes
• Monitor workflow to analyze patterns and trends
• Review and set standards for staff
• Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and supplies into long term care facilities or patients’ homes as needed
• Conduct routing staff meetings
• Attend management meetings as required

• Driver’s license in good standing and a clean driving record
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Problem solving ability
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with other employees
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with routing software (if applicable)
• Ability to drive a standard transmission if necessary

• Sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day
• Sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day
• Lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds
• Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required
• Visual acuity to see and read fine prints; specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to hear normal voice sounds
• May be necessary to work extended hours as needed

The typical pay range for this role is $43,888.00 – $85,068.00. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
