PositionSummary
The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the delivery departments and their operations. In this high impact role, you will serve as a liaison between long term care facilities and delivery staff. You will train all transport personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate work schedules and delivery routes
- Monitor workflow to analyze patterns and trends
- Review and set standards for staff
- Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and supplies into long term care facilities or patients’ homes as needed
- Conduct routing staff meetings
- Attend management meetings as required

Required Qualifications- Driver’s license in good standing and a clean driving record
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Problem solving ability
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with other employees
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with routing software (if applicable)
- Ability to drive a standard transmission if necessary
- Sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day
- Sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day
- Lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds
- Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required
- Visual acuity to see and read fine prints; specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to hear normal voice sounds
- May be necessary to work extended hours as needed

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is $43,888.00 – $85,068.00. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
