Finance Director

Spartanburg, South Carolina | Office based

$180,000 to $240,000 base + 10% bonus

This is a senior Finance Director role with real ownership and visibility.

You will be the number one finance leader for the US, leading the full finance function within a fast-growing, PE-backed, project-led international business. While project finance and contract accounting are important, this is a true end-to-end FD remit with strong commercial influence.

You will partner closely with the US CEO and leadership team, support growth, drive performance, and bring clarity to decision-making, projects and cash.

• Lead the US finance function end to end
• Act as senior finance partner to the US CEO
• Own project and contract accounting, WIP, revenue, margins and cash
• Lead reporting, controls, FP&A and forecasting
• Manage and develop a team of 5–6
• Work closely with the Group CFO on group reporting and PE requirements

• CPA or equivalent
• Experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader
• Background in project-led, contract-based or services environments
• Strong US GAAP and commercial mindset
• Hands-on, pragmatic and comfortable owning the full remit
• Happy being office based in Spartanburg
