Overview
Fall 2026 Co-op – Process Engineer at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Spartanburg, SC. You will be part of the beverage revolution, working with a dynamic team of problem solvers and site leadership to drive sustainable solutions with long-lasting plant impact. This role offers opportunities to develop problem solving, logical thinking and collaborative teamwork, and to experience advanced technologies in the production of K-Cups.
You will work closely with the site engineering team as well as corporate engineering and continuous improvement teams at Keurig Dr Pepper.
Shift/Schedule- The KDP Fall Co-op Program will run from July 13th – December 11th, 2026
- Location:
Spartanburg, SC (Plant) - Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- In-Person
- Gain knowledge in executing operational plans and projects, including DMS (Daily Management Systems) for day-to-day operations, QMS (Quality Management Systems), new equipment and software startups, and innovative product qualifications.
- Participate in AGILE project management and lead the verification and testing of Manufacturing software and applications.
- Influence software capabilities to achieve Six Sigma quality performance and enhance the Quality Management System.
- Assist with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation and Lean activities, including participation in Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events and developing, implementing and improving autonomous and preventive maintenance work streams.
- Assist in root cause analysis and execute on corrective actions
- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment
- Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
- Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
- $31.00/ hour
- Paid bi-weekly
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
- Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering or another Manufacturing-related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power
BI;
Programming PLCs or knowledge of process is a plus
