Position OverviewFoothills Marketing is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to support client promotions and customer interactions in retail locations. This full-time, entry-level position is designed for individuals interested in developing communication, customer service, and marketing-related skills. Paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers in retail settings to share information about products, services, and promotions
- Identify customer needs and communicate relevant solutions clearly and professionally
- Represent client brands in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Assist with basic customer inquiries related to products or services
- Collaborate with team members to support brand awareness initiatives
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow company guidelines
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Guaranteed base pay plus performance-based bonuses and incentives
- Estimated annual earnings range: $35,000-$65,000, based on base pay and performance
