Position Overview

Foothills Marketing is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to support client promotions and customer interactions in retail locations. This full-time, entry-level position is designed for individuals interested in developing communication, customer service, and marketing-related skills. Paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in retail settings to share information about products, services, and promotions
  • Identify customer needs and communicate relevant solutions clearly and professionally
  • Represent client brands in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Assist with basic customer inquiries related to products or services
  • Collaborate with team members to support brand awareness initiatives
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow company guidelines
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
Compensation & Benefits
  • Guaranteed base pay plus performance-based bonuses and incentives
  • Estimated annual earnings range: $35,000-$65,000, based on base pay and performance
