The Assistant Project Superintendent supervises the field activities of PC employees and subcontractors, usually within a limited set of trades, to ensure the fulfillment of contractual requirements while meeting the company's safety, budget, and schedule goals. The right candidate will have three years’ experience successfully supervising employees and subcontractors on a construction site. Must be safety-focused and have excellent communication and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities- Review design drawings and specifications to identify potential issues.
- Assess and report field conditions.
- Review and analyze subcontractor and vendor invoices.
- Ensure all trades and subcontractors have the resources they need to complete their work.
- Review equipment costs, overall job costs and units completed.
- Mentor and coach direct reports.
