Position Available At
: 3030 Reidville Road Spartanburg, SC 29301

Compensation & Pay Range
: $16-$19 per hour

• Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
• Create an engaging classroom where children can learn, play and grow
• Support children’s social and emotional development
• Foster a love of learning through Creative Curriculum and Brain Connect programs
• Build strong partnerships with families through daily app updates and personal discussions
• Implement the SC state First Steps 4K curriculum to prepare children for kindergarten
• Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app
• Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child’s education and development
• Have fun and work as part of a supportive team

• Passion for working with young children
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field required. An Associate’s Degree is acceptable if enrolled or working towards a Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 6 months of experience at a licensed childcare center preferred

• Competitive Pay:
  The pay range is the starting point; experience, credentials, and education are considered with annual salary evaluations. Tuition reimbursement and advancement opportunities may apply.
