Position Summary

The Franchise Solutions Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting franchisees and internal stakeholders by managing projects, coordinating vendor systems, and serving as a subject matter expert for franchise-related tools and processes. This role ensures franchise activities are executed efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with brand standards. The ideal candidate is a self-managed professional who can balance customer-facing support with strong business judgment and clear communication across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manage and track franchise-related projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and standards are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between franchisees, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates for leadership visibility.
  • Champion Franchise metrics and resulting action items.

Vendor Systems & Subject Matter Expertise

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for designated franchise vendor systems and platforms.
  • Support franchisees in onboarding, training, and ongoing use of vendor tools.
  • Partner with vendors to resolve system issues, coordinate updates, and improve processes.
  • Document best practices, workflows, and system enhancements for franchise use.

Franchisee Support

  • Provide professional, solutions-oriented support to franchisees with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Respond to inquiries with sound business acumen, balancing franchisee needs with system standards and operational requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with franchisees, vendors, and internal leadership.
  • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations support, franchising, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to interact professionally with customers and senior leadership.
