We are seeking a dependable, highly skilled A-Level Automotive Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience who wants to work in a professional shop where their expertise is respected — and consistently rewarded.

- Annual Pay Range: $70,000–$100,000+ per year
- Commission: Earn commission on all hours flagged over 30 per week
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday ONLY
- Bonuses: Monthly production bonuses
- Retirement: 3% matching IRA

- Shop Tools Provided: Mitchell, Snap-On, Autel & factory scan tools

As our A-Tech, you’ll be trusted with advanced diagnostics and complex repairs:
- Complete high-quality repairs and maintenance on various makes and models
- Accurately document all work performed
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to ensure excellent customer service
- 5+ years of verifiable A-Level automotive repair experience
- Strong advanced diagnostic and drivability skills
- ASE Certification strongly preferred
- Positive attitude and reliable team-player mindset
- Own tools and a valid driver’s license
