Your impactAs a Project Coordinator Professional, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with design, engineering, and project delivery. You’ll support our Spartanburg, SC team and clients through technical and administrative support and, most importantly, helping us stay connected with our client. Your technical aptitude will bridge gaps as you schedule and summarize meetings; provide updates and reports on project financial performance;
and communicate with other outside resources when needed. Your financial acumen will be put to use as you will also provide support to the vendor/contractor invoice process, provide auditors with any requested financial records, and assist the office project managers with the development of professional service agreements.
Your keen ability to multi‑task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Working together, we’ll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future – big and small, global and local.
Here's what you'll need- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Outlook
- Strong administrative and business operations knowledge a plus
- Financial reporting experience
- Experience with project management
- Experience with construction project controls

The base salary range for this position is $61,700.00 to $84,800.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
