OverviewWe are hiring an organized, detail-oriented Franchise Operations Coordinator to support the onboarding, training, systems, and day-to-day coordination of a growing, multi-location business network. This role plays a critical behind-the-scenes function, ensuring processes, documentation, schedules, and systems remain accurate, organized, and moving forward.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, thrives in coordination-heavy environments, and is comfortable working across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders. You’ll act as a central point of organization, helping connect people, processes, and systems.
Note:
This is an on-site role requiring close collaboration with the internal team.
- 2–8 years of professional business, operations, coordination, or administrative experience
- Experienced power user for Delightree or related tools
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple work streams and shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy; able to learn new software quickly and navigate systems confidently
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tracking
- Reliable, accountable, and proactive with follow-through
- Serve as a primary user for internal onboarding, training, and project management platforms
- Maintain organized documentation, SOPs, training materials, and version control
- Upload, update, and manage written and video-based resources
- Coordinate onboarding timelines, calendars, meetings, and training sessions
- Support live and virtual training logistics
- Attend selected trainings to stay aligned on processes and system updates
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and franchise locations
- Track orders, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Support issue resolution and ensure clear communication across parties
- Help coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and workshops
- Track onboarding progress and key operational metrics
Support post-agreement activities, documentation tracking, and internal handoffs
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to onboarding and operational activities
- Update tracking dashboards and provide regular status updates
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or process improvement opportunities
