Executive Assistant for the Dean of the Johnson College Business

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain the Dean’s calendar and meeting schedules.
- Process travel authorizations, reimbursements, and expense reports for the Dean and faculty and staff.
- Order office supplies and equipment, and submit building and maintenance requests.
- Maintain faculty and staff records, confidential files, and shared drive organization.
- Assist with data collection, queries, analysis, and report generation for accreditation agencies.
- Coordinate JCBE Advisory Board meetings and other dean’s office events.
- Monitor and maintain records for JCBE budget, university credit card, foundation accounts, and revenue accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets.
- Experience in a professional business environment preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students, and the public.
- Successful completion of a background check required.
- Foundational AI literacy expected.
