Schedule:

Normal workload is 15-20 hours per week. Schedule based on student’s availability.

Job Summary:

Student will assist the Administrative Manager with answering telephones, dispatching calls to officers on duty, and assisting students/faculty/staff who have received parking tickets with payment transactions. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is imperative. Federal Work Study students preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to operate a computer and have good typing skills.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be enrolled in summer school or registered for classes in the Fall 2025.
  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of background check.
  • Federal Work Study students preferred.
