At Morganside, our team works side‑by‑side to provide the #1 veterinary care in the area. Located in Sparta, we are halfway between Eau Claire and La Crosse, 1.5 hours away from Madison and only 2.5 hours from Milwaukee and Minneapolis. Sparta offers quick access to many major interstates and a lower‑than‑average cost of living.

We are looking for a devoted, skilled, and fun full‑time veterinarian with a strong passion for delivering high‑quality patient care, ensuring that vet visits are calm and enjoyable for patients. We also value a collaborative team member who enjoys working with others, mentoring staff, and being open to feedback, as well as a professional dedicated to continuous growth, always staying current with advances in veterinary medicine.
Responsibilities- Provide routine wellness exams and diagnosis
- Perform medical procedures such as vaccinations, dental procedures, soft tissue surgery, and necessary diagnostics
- Administer and accurately monitor controlled substances
- Maintain and complete patient records
- Serve as mentor to technical support staff
- Build and establish rapport with the client base, demonstrating exceptional bedside manner and communication
- Graduate of an AVMA accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program
- Licensure in the state of Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start
- Strong proficiency in medical knowledge and surgical skills, particularly in soft tissue surgery
- Exemplary professionalism and communication skills with both team members and clients
- Strong decision‑making and time‑management skills
