Mold Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

The Mold Maintenance Technician maintains and rebuilds injection and blow molds to ensure optimal production performance.

• Perform mold repair and corrective maintenance.
• Disassemble and reassemble molds.
• Investigate and troubleshoot molding issues.
• Clean mold components.
• Execute preventive maintenance.
• Conduct precision measurements.
• Operate overhead cranes safely.
• Assist with mold changeovers.
• Complete documentation.
• Support safety and continuous improvement.
• Follow all safety requirements.

• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

• 1+ years mold maintenance or related experience.
• Skill in mold teardown and rebuild.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools.
• Overhead Crane/rigging experience.
• Available to work overtime or fill absences when necessary.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with injection or blow molding.
• Knowledge of hot runner systems.
• Light lathe/mill machining and welding experience.
• Understanding of ISO, GMP, 5S.

• 1+ years mold maintenance or related experience.
• Skill in mold teardown and rebuild.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools.
• Overhead Crane/rigging experience.
• Available to work overtime or fill absences when necessary.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with injection or blow molding.

• Ability to perform standing job for 8 to 12 consecutive hours (depending on shift length).
• Remain stationery for extended periods of time.
• Move around Tool Room floor.
• Move, adjust, and position anywhere from 10 to 45 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach and grasp for varying periods of time during a consecutive 8- to 12-hour period (depending on shift length).
• Frequent standing and bench work.
• Work in manufacturing environment.
