Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Location: 200 Iris Drive, Sparta, TN 38583

Work Arrangement: HYBRID - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote after candidate is fully trained and functional

Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 1 hour lunch

• Support Supply Chain planning for the Sparta TN Client Performance Materials site, including master planning, production planning, inventory management, and raw material planning.
• Collaborate and communicate across functions (Customer Service, Operations, Product Management, Procurement, and other parts of Supply Chain).
• Day-to-day activities include creating monthly master production schedules based on forecasts and actual orders, with ongoing adjustments as needed.
• Monitor sales forecasts vs. actual sales and develop corrective actions for deviations.
• Coordinate demand through production plans within SAP and align with finite scheduling accordingly.
• Order raw materials based on customer demand while considering inventory on hand.
• Align day-to-day responsibilities with yearly KPIs including delivery reliability, inventory management, and manufacturing optimization.

• Education: Minimum of HS Diploma or GED. BA/BS degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience with Supply Chain planning (required).
• Working knowledge of SAP (or equivalent) system preferred.
• Experience in a Chemical industry supply chain environment preferred.
• Hybrid work arrangement experience or ability to work in a hybrid model.
