Deck Remodelers is hiring an experienced Framing & Finish Carpenter to help bring high-end outdoor living spaces to life. This is not your average carpentry job.

Based out of Sparta, NJ, you will be building custom decks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and complete backyard retreats. If you take pride in exceptional craftsmanship and want to work on projects that are nationally recognized for their innovation, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• You will execute detailed design plans to create structurally sound and visually stunning projects
• Execution:
  Perform precise finish and structural carpentry using a variety of materials
• Blueprints:
  Interpret and execute detailed design plans and construction documents
• Standards:
  Maintain top-quality standards while meeting project timelines
• Site Management:
  Ensure a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with crew members, project managers, and designers to solve custom construction challenges

Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3 years of residential carpentry experience
• Skills:
  
  Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications
• Craftsmanship:
  Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Tools:
  Must own your own tools and be physically capable of construction labor
• Requirements:
  Valid New Jersey driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must be able to commute daily to Sparta, NJ
