Stocking Team Associate

Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Stock items in the backroom and on the sales floor as needed.
• Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts if necessary and when trained and authorized.

• Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Experience with or willingness to learn operation of forklifts or other heavy machinery (if applicable).
• Available to work the shifts offered (Mid-Shift, Closing, Overnight).

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

• The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Other premiums may apply in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or work performed).
