Overview
Annashae is seeking a Primary Care provider for a mental health facility near Sparta, IL. This is a full-time position; hours are Monday-Friday 8a-430p with no weekends, no call, and no holidays. The candidate would collaborate with the onsite FNPs.
Responsibilities- Provide treatment to a caseload of patients on the pavilion
- Evaluate assigned cases at intake
- Sign certificate of admission and testify in court
- Order and interpret lab tests
- Conduct initial physical exams (H&P) and make diagnoses of patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Follow up exams and document changes in progress notes
- Prescribe and direct administration of medicines
- Monitor effectiveness of medication
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
- Mantoux skin test prior to starting work or documentation of negative Mantoux within last 90 days
- Clearance of required fingerprints and drug screen
