Operating out of a 300,000 sq. ft. warehouse, we proudly maintain the industry’s largest selection of A/C compressors and accessories and serve customers worldwide.

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. This position is responsible for shipping, receiving, stocking inventory, and maintaining overall warehouse organization and efficiency.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to pick tickets
• Receive incoming shipments; inspect, verify, and distribute products accurately
• Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory
• Read and interpret work orders to confirm product accuracy and matching item numbers
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts, and shrink-wrap machines
• Restock inventory during slower shipping periods, including climbing ladders or operating a forklift as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Minimum of 2 years of picking and packing experience (required)
• Ability to accurately read and verify work orders
• Experience operating warehouse equipment preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
