Red Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring for a full-time Assistant Tournament Coordinator. Full benefits start on the 1st following hire, plus paid holidays, a generous PTO plan, 401K, free golf, and more.

• Tournament Set-Up & Break down:
  Assist in tournament set-up and logistics.
• Contracts & Deposits:
  Create contract proposals, secure signed contracts and deposits.
• Coordination:
  Collaborate with the Golf Management Team, food and beverage teams, and outside services to ensure smooth execution for tournaments and/or events.
• Other duties as assigned to support the Golf Management team.

• Organization:
  High attention to detail for managing complex event schedules.
• Communication:
  Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with sponsors and golfers.
• Technology:
  Proficiency with tournament software and office software.
• Adaptability:
  Ability to resolve issues quickly during live events.
• Regular and reliable attendance required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

• Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, or event management.
• Knowledge of golf rules and tournament formats, preferred.
