• Install HVAC equipment with precision and care to meet customer satisfaction
• Ensure customers’ homes are protected and work is done cleanly, safely, and efficiently
• Submit job-related photos using Measure Quick for 100% quality control
• Collect all necessary signatures and outstanding balances, ensuring smooth project completion
• Educate customers on the proper operation of their new system
• Report key metrics after installation, including static pressure, refrigerant charge, and amperage draws
• Callback rate of less than 3%
• 100% accuracy in Measure Quick and invoice submissions
• A customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher
• Completion of work within the allocated time and adherence to Goettl’s high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and appearance

• Proven ability to work within a team environment and be committed to professional growth
• 2 years of HVAC field experience required
• Must have EPA Certification (Level II or Universal Certification) or ability to obtain within 60 days
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and bend, stoop, stand and crawl for prolonged periods
• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces
• Must have a valid driver's license and two years' satisfactory driving record
• Must be over 18
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to provide a basic set of your own tools
• Must have flexibility to work schedule (days and hours including some nights and weekends)
