The Pipefitter – Foreman provides leadership and direction to pipe fitting crews engaged in industrial and commercial projects. This position is responsible for coordinating manpower, materials, and workflow to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with specifications and quality standards.

• Crew Supervision: Lead Journeyman and Apprentice Pipe fitters, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to work plans.
• Project Coordination: Plan daily activities, coordinate with other trades, and manage materials and equipment.
• Safety Oversight: Conduct safety meetings, enforce compliance, and maintain a hazard‑free job site.
• Quality Control: Verify that installations meet drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve complex piping and system issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and material tracking.

• Minimum of six (6) years of pipe fitting experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Deep understanding of pipe systems, materials, and layout techniques.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply construction drawings and piping isometrics.

• Experience in industrial plant or process facility projects.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Safety Certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with project scheduling and cost tracking.
• Field‑based position with frequent exposure to construction and industrial environments. May require climbing, bending, lifting, and working in confined or elevated spaces.

Reports to the Project Superintendent or Project Manager. Directly supervises Journeyman and Apprentice Pipe fitters.

Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and project scope, in accordance with Nevada law.
