Position OverviewMills Roofing is seeking a Roof Maxx Tech Lead to lead and support Roof Maxx rejuvenation projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily job‑site operations while actively performing roof treatment applications. The Roof Maxx Tech Lead will report directly to the Roof Maxx Supervisor and help ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across all projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support Roof Maxx technicians on job sites while reporting to the Roof Maxx Supervisor.
- Safely transport, set up, and operate Roof Maxx spray and cleaning equipment.
- Inspect and prepare roofs for application, including cleaning, debris removal, and minor repairs.
- Apply Roof Maxx treatment evenly and efficiently, following manufacturer and company procedures.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during projects.
- Coordinate with the Roof Maxx Supervisor and production team to ensure schedules, materials, and job readiness.
- Accurately document job details, time, materials, and job notes in Accu Lynx.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and professionalism on the crew.
- Attend required safety and company meetings.
- Assist with other roofing and maintenance tasks as needed.
- 3–5 years of roofing, construction, or relevant field experience required.
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs in varying weather conditions.
- Experience with small equipment (compressors, sprayers, drills, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Dependable, safety‑focused, and detail‑oriented with a positive attitude.
