We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries operate at peak performance. In this essential role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment for our 9 million square foot campus. Your expertise will help prevent equipment failures, minimize downtime, and support the seamless operation of our world-class culinary team.

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment
- Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical safety standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to resolve technical issues
- Refrigeration:
Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines - Cooking Equipment:
Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets - Ventilation & HVAC:
Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems - Dishwashing & Sanitation:
High-capacity dishwashers, automated sanitation systems
- EPA 608 certification
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Minimum 3 years of experience with:
- Commercial kitchen equipment service and repair
- Installation and service of cooler/freezer refrigeration systems
- Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Gas-fired equipment and gas piping systems
