• $18.00 per hour while you train, with high earning potential once you hit the field

Commit to two years of full‑time employment with us after training. The training lasts 12 weeks and requires perfect attendance. No pre‑arranged absences will be allowed.

• Show up on time and ready to grind
• Are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
• Mention we require one year of experience in a position of responsibility or you already know a little and want to go pro
• Comfortable with smartphone, iPads or laptops – tech savvy is a must
• Can pass a background check & drug test
• Have at least 2 years of clean driving experience
