Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer.

• Site locations:
  Reno, Sparks, Minden, Fernley and surrounding areas in Northern NV.
• Flexible availability:
  Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require.
• Competitive hourly wage of $22 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees).

• Customer service is a top priority.
• Observe, survey and report activities at the assigned site.
• Multitask and work well under pressure.
• Work at any site, any shift, anywhere, and any city as needed.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Learn and enforce client procedures, regulations and standards.
• Safely patrol by car or on foot as needed.
• Adapt to various job duties at different sites.
• Operate electronic systems as required.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment and follow proper procedures.

• High school education or GED, or college degree preferred.
• Age 21 or older.
• Valid PILB license.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to complete an extensive screening process.
• Physical stamina to walk, stand and sit, handling various weather conditions during a shift.
• Multitasking and pressure tolerance.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of offer.
• At least a solid year of experience, or equivalent law enforcement/military experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
