Job Title

Security Officer – Full Time – Open Interviews (Sparks, NV – USA Parkway Construction Site)

$20.00/hr – $20.00/hr (Base pay range)

Sparks, NV – USA Parkway Construction Site

• Day Shift 4am – 12pm
• Swing Shift 12pm – 8pm
• Grave Shift 8pm – 4am

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Secure entrances and patrol inside and outside the client’s construction site.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Report any suspicious activity promptly.
• Provide detailed written witness reports.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security experience a plus.
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout the shift.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Active PILB Card preferred.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the background check process.
