Role DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in identifying the insurance policies that best meet their needs, educate them on available coverage options, and close sales. Daily responsibilities include generating new leads, servicing existing clients, and providing exceptional customer support. You will utilize your knowledge of various insurance products to help clients feel informed, protected, and valued.
Our hybrid model is the first 120 days are on site to learn and grow. Once sales are consistent the manager will approve the role can become 100% remote if that is preferred.
- For local candidates we will help you get your Property Casualty License.
- Personal Lines License or Property Casualty License is required for employees who are not local
- Experience in Customer Service with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust with clients and understand their unique needs
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and sales tools
