Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, associates also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation. They focus on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

Guide the customer through our award‑winning brand experience to make authentic connections; lead with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter; manage the cash wrap/cashier operations with modern store technology, promote loyalty programs and credit services; maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer; support product flow, shipping and receiving, contribute to omni‑order fulfilment including in‑store and curbside pick‑up.

• At least 16 years of age.
