Convenience Store Cashier

A locally respected convenience retailer is seeking a Convenience Store Cashier to support daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest.
Pay: $ per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 9AM 5PM
- 2nd Shift: 2PM 11PM
- 3rd Shift: 10PM 5:30AM

Daily Tasks- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Operate the POS system and process cash, credit, fuel, gaming, tobacco, and alcohol transactions
- Verify identification for age-restricted purchases in compliance with regulations
- Keep cashier areas, coolers, shelves, and restrooms clean and well-stocked
- Prepare simple food and beverage items as needed
- Monitor fuel pumps and forecourt areas to ensure safety and compliance
- Receive and stock deliveries accurately
- Follow cash handling, loss prevention, and safety procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 1+ years of cashier/customer service experience required
- Retail or gas station experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Dependable, honest, and professional demeanor
