Flynn Group, founded by Greg Flynn, started its journey with the acquisition of 8 Applebee’s in 1999. We grew by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators to become the largest Applebee’s franchisee in the world. • As an Applebee’s Server, you will be our guests’ first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest.

• Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length.
• Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business).
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings, protective face coverings and/or masks, and to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
