• Conduct internal audits to confirm compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Identify quality trends, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and distribute clear, timely QA/QC reports to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Support corrective action plans to address quality or compliance issues.

• Support scheduling and workforce planning through quality assurance insights and feedback.
• Partner with project managers and field leadership to improve execution and outcomes.
• Help drive a culture of quality, accountability, continuous improvement, and safety across all job sites.

• 7-10 years of experience managing structured cabling and low voltage projects with a strong focus on quality and performance.
• In-depth knowledge of low voltage cabling systems, infrastructure, and installation standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and influence field teams.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
