Job Title:
Customer Support Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time
Expected hours per week: 40 hours
Schedule:
Onsite
Pay Range: $30-38 per hour
Job Description:
- Serve as the on-site liaison between the customer’s plant and the client
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality and product issues
- Review, verify, and reconfirm parts within internal computer systems
- Perform initial analysis of product quality issues and nonconformances
- Inspect suspect material and ensure testing equipment is properly maintained
- Coordinate and execute 24-hour containment actions for quality concerns
- Expedite non-conforming material back to the client the same day
- Support cross-functional response teams and quality investigations
- Track and report quality performance metrics, including customer PPM
- Prepare weekly activity and trip reports
- Build strong customer relationships to support quality improvement and business growth
