Perform changeovers and completes changeover setup form;
Pre-blend and oversee the blending or mixing of resins in off-line as well as on line;
Completes paperwork for production sheet, labor log, scrap sheet and daily functional check sheet;
Identifies equipment shortfalls and completes maintenance request forms;
Closes orders in system when complete
