Essential Job FunctionsManage warehouse parts movement, including aged, obsolete, and market inventory
Oversee staffing, employee retention, customer counter sales, service/internal sales, new product training, and after-hours coverage
Develop and execute marketing procedures, customer outreach, and Silver Service commitments
Manage freight recovery, expense control, warranty recovery, performance management, and overall profitability
Assist the Branch Manager with various operational and administrative tasks
Perform data entry and general office duties as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Reach to answer phones and operate office equipment
Read and interpret paperwork, files, and computer-based records
Communicate effectively by phone and in person
Walk and move throughout the facility as required
Hear and respond to verbal communications
Bend, stoop, and stand as necessary to perform job duties
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn various software programs
Demonstrated skills in leadership, performance management, negotiation, problem-solving, and motivation
Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a Silver Service attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Previous management experience preferred
Agricultural background or industry experience preferred
