As a Sr Program Manager, you will support the business objectives  will be responsible for total Program Integration Management of multiple large-scale projects or one highly complex development with high visibility and above average deliverable requirements. This role will have specifically focused responsibility for customer relationship, cost, schedule and technical planning, tracking and reporting, technical execution, and ensuring overall program performance objectives are achieved.

You will supervise the work of program and project staff. You will participate in business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporate entities and responsible to formulate a team that can fulfill program requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring program issues and problems are identified, tracked, and resolved; and for program risk management and ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, tracked, and managed.

Youll be responsible for conducting routine meetings, interfacing on project/program status, developing proposals, researching/fact-finding, coordinating audits, and negotiating with project/program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints. You will support the Long Range Effects (LRE) product line and associated programs, managing program cost, schedule, technical, and risk. Our Long Range Effects group represents an enterprise strategic priority in the area of airborne weapon systems and is quickly establishing itself as a spanet leader.

The group focuses on development and production of long range airborne effects meeting the emerging force mass gap in current DoW capability. Youll support the Program Director and Business Operations in fulfilling their responsibilities for the Business Area.

The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Its end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4

ISR) capabilities encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training and complete logistics support. Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Management, Engineering or related field
  • Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management
  • Typically 5+ years leading large scale projects; scope spanning multiple years, while leading teams made up of 10+ cross functional members
  • Experience with the evaluation of requests for proposals and/or quotes. Experience with preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and/or quotes.
  • Experience with managing multiple large-scale projects, or portfolio of projects up to a large independent program.
  • Experience with ensuring compliance with approved Corporate and ISO 9001:2000 Policies and Processes
  • Experience in team building, time management, conflict resolution, communication, briefing, presentation, strategic thinking, spaneting, and literacy in the program management disciplines.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen to ensure decisions are fiscally sound and responsible.
  • Requires ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive for success, challenge status quo, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to dynamic situations
