Must Haves:

• 5-10+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Recent foreman role
• Familiarity with manufacturing facilities
• Ability to read schematics, single line drawings, and 3D models
• Prior experience using Revit and Navisworks
• OSHA 30 certified

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for an Electrical Foreman for one of our top clients in Sparks, NV. You will oversee all phases of commercial construction, managing multiple crews across various electrical disciplines including power distribution, lighting, and control panels. This role requires strong leadership, effective project management, and adherence to safety and compliance standards to ensure successful execution of electrical scopes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage projects using their internal software, maintain schedules, work requests, RFIs, and daily reports across multiple crews
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and ensure efficient manpower utilization
• Lead job walks to assess work locations, identify issues, develop takeoffs, and create accurate estimates
• Collaborate with Superintendents on scope alignment, safety planning, material logistics, and conduct kickoff meetings for project execution
• Oversee field operations by aligning Foreman with execution expectations, tracking performance, and ensuring safety compliance
• Develop and implement safety plans, assign checklists, and address personnel issues while ensuring resource availability
• Lead and mentor the team, encourage innovation, align with company goals, conduct interviews, and drive process improvements
