The Maintenance Coordinator/Planner is responsible for coordinating the work of internal maintenance staff or external contractors charged with the maintenance and repair of company property. Takes requests for maintenance from employees, tenants, customers, or other visitors, and creates work orders. Triages requests and schedules maintenance, expediting emergency repairs. Identifies and selects external contracts or vendors, and may negotiate contracts. Ensures that repairs are completed in accordance with internal policies and service agreements.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 7AM - 3:30PM
