Job FunctionsProvides on‑site services and technical support to customers both at the customer’s facility and via telephone. Services include commissioning & start up, preventative maintenance programs, annual inspections, field maintenance and warranty repair.

Job Duties Field Responsibilities
- Install and/or oversee the installation of equipment according to plan specifications.
- Test equipment to ensure equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to operate, trouble shoot, and repair Haws products.
- Conduct onsite training to instruct customers on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Schedule and perform preventative and routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Identify and resolve equipment issues and complete necessary repairs.
- Obtain assistance from Engineers and/or HI Engineering Manager if unable to resolve issues.
- Oversee others employed by customers on‑site in servicing and repairing equipment.
- Provide documentation of visits and services performed for customer file.
- Understand OSHA safety practices and able to work safely.
- Ability to perform ANSI Z358.1 annual inspections.
- Develop working relationships with customers to promote future sales.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Assist with Haws Integrated product testing for complex custom projects involving commissioning.
- Prepare quotes for service work in response to customer inquiries.
- Provide phone support to customers with technical problems as HI tech support.
- Troubleshoot over the phone and resolve minor technical issues.
- Plan site visits with checklist, parts, and documents to ensure efficient time usage while on site.
- Communicates company’s needs prior to travel to site to ensure customer is ready.
- Conduct debriefing meetings with customers following service work.
- Follow up with customers after install or repair to ensure product is performing properly.
