$12.00/hr – $20.00/hr.

Full-time position with a guaranteed minimum wage of $12.00 per hour. Earn up to $1,000.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, you can earn even more. • Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow the company process and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If selected as a team lead, manage the team's schedule and drive safely.
• Ensure the team vehicle is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies and maintain equipment.
• Perform basic cleaning equipment maintenance.
• Adapt to working on a team and in diverse environments, demonstrating attention to detail and pride in finishing tasks well.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.

Entry level.
