Red Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring a full-time Banquet Supervisor. The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, event setup, execution, and cleanup; managing client requests before and during events; and performing other related duties. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on delivering superior service. The ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

$19/hour (DOE + tips)

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of banquet events on property.
  • Assist with day‑of event coordination; work closely with front and back of house teams to ensure events exceed expectations.
  • Provide support to the Sales and Catering Manager, including reviewing BEOs and vendor contracts, managing files, client support, and maintaining event‑related documents.
  • Assist with accurate and timely setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, décor, event areas, and related equipment.
  • Support banquet staff throughout events as needed (refilling drinks, delivering food, bussing tables, etc.) and follow up with the host at the conclusion of the event.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by communicating with clients prior to and throughout the event regarding changes, substitutions, or special requests; follow up with the host at the end of the event.
  • Conduct pre‑banquet meetings to review BEOs, assign stations and partners, ensure appearance and hygiene standards are met, and place directional signage prior to events.
  • Check room setups prior to events and coordinate with the Banquet Chef to confirm food quantities and service timing.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of all equipment, including china, glassware, silverware, linens, and props.
  • Report directly to the Sales and Catering Manager and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of banquet experience.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail‑oriented.
  • Knowledge of applicable health regulations and liquor laws.
  • Ability to manage staff (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong customer and guest‑service orientation.
  • Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, POS systems, and related software.
  • Previous experience in event planning, execution, and banquet/catering service required.
  • Ability to lift 40–50 pounds.
