Description
Red Hawk Golf and Resort has an exceptional opportunity for a part time Front Desk Agent. This position will work together with our Villa manager and housekeeping team to execute an exceptional experience for all Villa guests and guests of the resort. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for making all hotel reservations, along with providing support to other areas of the resort.
Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
This is a Part Time position to start (3 or 4 days per week), and weekends are required. The schedule is Saturday-Monday 8am-5pm, or Saturday-Tuesday 8am-5pm.

$18/ hour (doe)
Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Agent:
Answers all incoming calls to the Resort.
Makes reservations for our 9-room hotel, The Villas.
Answers all questions about the hotel and gives room tours.
Checks all guestsलब में out of the resort based on established procedures.
Accurately posts all charges to guest’s bills.
Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
Assist guests with any problems or concerns, offering suggestions and possible alternatives.
Assist with housekeeping if needed.
Assists with administrative duties for the resort.
Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for the Front Desk Agent:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education andarnaexperience.
Prior Customer Service experience required.
Computer experience in Microsoft Office required.

Qualifications:
- Previous Hotel or Front Desk experience preferred.
- Knowledge of lodging system application helpful.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently stands, walks, talks and hears.
- Regularly uses hands, reaches with arms and hands.
- Occasionally sits, stoops, kneels, crouches or crawls.
- Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.
