Position Overview We are a growing private psychiatric practice seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a provider looking for part-time, flexible work in a supportive private practice setting.

Contract position

70% of earnings (fee-for-service model)

Work 1–2 days per week

Flexible scheduling based on provider availability and patient demand

Optional 401(k) plan

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the lifespan (as credentialed)
• Provide medication management and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other providers and referral sources as needed
• Comply with all state and federal regulations and ethical standards

• Active PMHNP license in Nevada.
• Board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a private practice setting
• Prior outpatient psychiatric experience preferred

• Administrative and billing support provided
• Established referral network
