Position: Clinical Lab Scientist, Float position

Schedule: Full time;
Nights

Location: Sparks, NV

Salary: $36.25 to $54.38 per hour; UHS will comply with pay transparency regulations and offer based on education and experience.

• Function independently in all laboratory areas: blood bank, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, serology/immunology, and phlebotomy.
• Perform high‑complexity testing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of expected lab values for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Notify patient caregivers and/or physicians of critical lab values.

• Nevada State Licensure as a General Supervisor (required).
• BLS certification.
