A leading home healthcare provider is seeking a Hospital Liaison for their Sparks, NV location. The ideal candidate will coordinate between hospital staff and home care services to ensure patient transitions to respiratory therapy and durable medical equipment. Responsibilities include discharge planning, education on equipment usage, and collaboration with clinical teams. Must have a high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills.

This role offers between $20/hr. – $22/hr. depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
