This full‑time, day‑shift role includes:

• Assist in patient examinations and treatments under physician direction
• Collect and record vital signs – pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height – in the Electronic Medical Record
• Perform venipuncture, injections, and basic phlebotomy as directed
• Prepare clinical treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness and inventory
• Support front‑desk duties as needed
• Triage patients, schedule appointments, and manage referrals
• Pre‑authorize and document clinical tests (CT, MRI, ultrasound, etc.)
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and procedures

• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Ensure patient rooms, nursing station, and storage areas are stocked and clean
• Distribute referrals and keep documentation of requests/responses
• Phone/fax patient prescriptions and schedule imaging studies, dietician appointments, and cardiology testing
• Accurately perform triage, vital sign checks, injections, and phlebotomy

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant certificate
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Fluent with medical terminology
