Position Summary- The Central Scheduler schedules patients for surgery and other procedures, communicates preparation requirements to patients, and coordinates information across all areas of the Scheduling Department.
- Collects information from physicians and offices regarding supplies, requests, and reporting statistical data as requested.

- Minimum of one year of medical experience preferred.
- Reliable, responsible, dependable, and detail‑oriented.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Knowledge of electronic equipment, computer hardware, and software, including applications and programming.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluating satisfaction.
- High school graduate or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant/Specialist program preferred.
