- Network of over 500 in-house long-term care centers, assisted living facilities, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, and home health & hospice offices

A Physical Therapist plans and administers prescribed physical therapy treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following illness, disease, or injury.

Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a foreign degree equivalent accepted by US Citizenship and Immigration Services, or a Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience.

• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Credentialed graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, with a passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination, and currently licensed in the applicable state.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum, with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and sit for prolonged periods. Full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower extremities.

Open to new graduates or experienced candidates. Must have a license in the state or be willing to obtain one. Must have a degree from an accredited PT school. Foreign-trained candidates are also welcome.
