CT/Radiology Technologist – Full Time Nights

Position located at Northern Nevada Health System (Northern Nevada Medical Center), a 124‑bed acute care hospital in Sparks, Nevada. This full‑time position (36 hrs/week) requires working night shifts and involves performing imaging procedures in Surgery, Emergency, Pain Center, and Imaging Department. The technologist operates the radiology equipment safely, follows patient safety protocols, and participates in continuous quality improvement activities.

• Corroborate patient’s clinical history with procedure, ensuring information is documented and available to radiologists.
• Prepare patients for procedures and verify correct patient, parameters, protocol, imaging site, and exam.
• Start and maintain intravenous access as prescribed by a licensed independent practitioner.
• Evaluate images for technical quality, ensuring proper identification is recorded.
• Act as the first line interface with customers to meet their imaging needs.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities.

• High school graduate; BS degree preferred.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Stand‑by/call required.
