Our client is seeking a FP&A Analyst I who will provide analytics and oversight of financials, resource planning, and performance measurements. This entry-level role participates in financial management planning to include business unit/area financial planning, overhead, and general & administrative planning, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and coordinating submittals to business area and corporate entities.

• Provide analytics and oversight of financials, resource planning, and performance measurements.
• Participate in indirect rate planning.
• Support the development and implementation of financial management plans.
• Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of financial deliverables to corporate entities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
• Conduct detailed financial and variance analysis to understand business performance and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis initiatives.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections.
• Ability to leverage advancing financial tech to continuously improve modeling, forecasting, and financial insights.
• Familiarity with Profit and Loss statements.
